The idea for Housekeeping Maid Easy was birthed shortly after Owner and CEO Monika Schindler relocated to Fishers in 2005 from Michigan. As a working mom, Monika found it challenging to keep up with the house cleaning. She didn't like to spend her valuable weekends cleaning or harassing the family to help assist her with it. That's when it suddenly dawned on her that probably half the city felt the same way! That was all it took to light a fire under Monika's creative, entrepreneurial spirit, and Housekeeping Maid Easy was born.
Housekeeping Maid Easy opened its doors as an independent, woman-owned business in January of 2006 with just 3 employees and has continued to grow to employ over 20 people presently. With time, we have created an excellent career path for our employees, providing all the expected benefits and above-average payment so they can work without worrying about money or their future. We believe this is the reason for our success because you can't provide a great cleaning service without creating great cleaning careers first.
